Social media is not an easy task nowadays on the web. There are many different channels and people prefers and moves around in different channels depending on what they are looking for.
For any bigger organisation it is not an easy administration to push out your news into all these channels. And nobody does. There are new channels coming and going all the time so you select those that you think is appropriate to handle for your own public.

ISSA started way before Social Media was even a word and internet was still not a thing for the masses.
The presence on the internet was actually started with this very Forum in 2000.
And even though most communication on internet nowadays are on other Social Media Channels like Facebook and Instagram for example this forum still has its place in the mix.
