Answer
Each Working group forum should have a "General information" topic where the basic information of the group is presented.
And the current administrators of the group should be a part of that, with names linked to their private message box here on the forum.

Then it will be handled by our Working Group administrators.
If it highlights things that are missing or need better explanations then texts will be updated.
