Radikals or Splitfires on a S-Camber Cut-a-Way

Post by Greg Pinch » Wed Feb 22, 2006 10:12 pm

So I have a new Torsion Core S-Camber Cut-a-Way sitting here and a new pair of Radikals and a new pair of Splitfires.
The Splitfires are 90 mm wide and have a 50 degree base and a 35 degree base.

Was wondering which set of trucks you guys think would work best with this deck for TS?
What wedgeing would you recommend.

Thanks so much

From my experience I don't think you need the Radikal on the rear of the S-Camber. You should be able to dial the Splitfire in perfectly.

Although you may want to try them both on the rear. You could realistically run split-front - radikal rear on a deck for a nice hybrid ride.

All need a wedge "watching ahead", (i never used the rear Radikal but i've seen set-ups with loads of dewedge) for the new R1 embase rear Split i use a moderate dewedge but i use a Radikal clear bushing in it that changes a bit the geometry.
