The flex is good, partly due to the epoxy/glass layers and the concave, which also stiffens it up torsionally. Your weight would probably call for a medium flex.

I weigh 210 and have the stiff flex which works perfect for me in all kinds of GS

What's the flex like on the E Series Chicken Dagger? I weigh 150, and I'm looking to use this board for Hybrid and mild GS. How would the flex feel for some one of my weight? Should I go with the medium or stiff version?
