ISSA is working on a list/criteria for event that will need to be completed by race promoters.

Different criteri for different race levels.

Several weeks after our race, I said that next year's race in Longmont would be held Thursday 8/23 through Sunday 8/26. I think my post was deleted. Can someone start a 2007 calendar and start adding the dates for races already being planned?

Could you add this to the Calendar of Events please?
Showdown on Main Street-7th October Park City.
Also could it be placed on slalomranking.com too? All details are in the Rocky Mountain forum. Wish us luck, this will be Utah's first ever big slalom comp and at the biggest venue we could find!

It's been known for a while by French riders (through www.Riderz.net and through the French forum on this site) but I thought it was time that it was announced here as well.

Organized by the timing partners of Paris Slalom World Cup 2006. This will be the first event in Lyon, preparing for bigger events in the future.

ConeRacing.com is providing the timing equipment and may even have a small shop on site.

Contest Info: This is a good smooth hill for a 40 to 50-cone Hybrid slalom course. The City of Ridgefield has given us permission to close the road to most traffic in order to race.
The organizer is Cascade Slalom Association in Porland Oregon and Seattle Washington.
We run a "ladder bracket" system where all of the racers go on to the final head-to-head runs. No one is eliminated. All racers (PRO, AM, Men, Women, Children) race in one large category.
