I just picked up a Comet Gary Cross and I was wondering if anyone had recommendations on set-up.

I have been running a Narrow Race with Seismic 110 front and 101 rear with Stingers.

Would appreciate all advice related to trucks, wheels and wedging.

Thanks

Rob

the first thing i noticed about my Cross is it feels huge compared to what you were riding. man i wish i had that deck at LaCosta. my current set up is Tracker 106mm RT-X/S combo. the one thing to be watchful for is wheelbite, because it is wider you have more leverage, so be careful. when i run Avalons or Flashbacks i run a full wedge plus a 1/4 inch spacer up front. on the RT-S rear only a single wedge to detune it. i never had a problem with rear wheel bite. with this board i have been clocked to 33-35 mph and it is very stable. if you only run cambrias or stingers you wouldn't need so much lift. next up for me is an offset rear RT/x. this board begs for big wheels because it is so controlable. i am also looking forward to trying the Tracker 119mm, i think this will be a great board on faster courses.
