I don't have one, but what it seems most guys are using for training is this:

It's the "my-chron" timer. I know Curt Kimbel used it and some of the Colorado guys (I can't remember if I saw it on Philthy or CBark's board.)

Timer for personal use?
I would love any info on a personal timer. I know nothing about the systems out there, but want to keep the cost down as much as possible.
I'm just looking for a training aid and something to aid wheel choice on race day, not something to run races with.
