Chris,
I was going to mention that Alan contact you directly. But I did want to put you on the spot. You were very helpful to me via emails when I was just starting out last summer and I really appreciate your willingness to share.

Alan...I assume you will be riding tracker RT-X/S on your Roe. Given that the clear ones up top which are 11* are the proper wedge for the RT-S/X.....

Alan,
There are not really many good ones being sold these days. Most of the fastest skaters I've seen make hard wood ones(or other hard material) themselves. There is one urethane style that comes in three hardnesses, but most skate shops sell only the softest which is black.
They look like this but in Black, Clear, Red:
Image Of course these are the medium clear ones.

Solid Black is the softest, Clear medium, and Transparent Red is hardest . http://www.longskate.com site. they sell them there, but I think they only have the soft black ones. Email them and see if they can get some red ones in.

There are also the hard plactic onesImage
You could even put this one to a belt sander or bandsaw and change the angle. I think??? these are 5 degree.

Here is a picture of the old Rad Pads "System 1":
