[2006] World Cup Grueningen 2006 - Nations Cup

The Nation Cup start's after the Pro special race around 10pm.
Registration is open until Friday 18.00. No extra entry fee requested. For registrations or changes at the race side do it during the training of the Pro's at 7pm.
A team consists of:
- 3 riders from the same country
- Pro/Am/Women racers can be mixed
A country can register more than one team.
Every rider of a team will have a qualification run. The times will be combined as the Nation Team time.
Only the top 8 teams will race in the finals.
The teams will meet in a standard head-to-head format as follows:
1 vs 8
4 vs 5
3 vs 6
2 vs 7
In each round the teams' racers will meet as follows:
A1 vs B1
A2 vs B2
A3 vs B3
A1 vs B2
A2 vs B3
A3 vs B1
A1 vs B3
A2 vs B1
A3 vs B2
The A team in the listing above is always the team that had the best qualification position. It has the advantage of being able to choose the course which will remain the same during the round.
The course will be a special slalom.
The first team that scores a total of 5 victories/points against the riders of the other team, advances to the next round.
There will be a rider meeting before the start of the nation cup.
