G.O.G. ÄKSCHN during the wintertime/French Pirates

Post by Donald Campbell » Wed Oct 11, 2006 9:12 am

so a lot of people already asked what's gonna happen with the G.O.G. races this and next year.
i take that as a compliment for the fun and quality of the races from last winter.

encouraged by the various requests for a renewal of last year's race series i'm gonna chack some brand new locations in düsseldorf(we have a big forest area here in d-town,height differences are up to 50m).
most of the tracks there are suitable for big long giants.once i have the right tracks i will show you what the deal is and we will continue the outlaw tradition from last year,so that winter doesn't get too boring for all of you.
next race to be announced will be a gs then,so make sure you all have your big guns ready for that.

Donald
thank you to talk about french Pirates in your topic.
Yes, we re already working on the 2006/07 Pirates races : we will try to hold 1 race per month, from november to april, and we will try to make someones a bit more attractives for non-french riders (good spot, stuff etc etc).
more info will come soon

... good selling strategy donald - most of the wallcityracers doesen`t have any big guns to these courses but we need to be prepared anyway.

so count is in for your races in the 2007 season ... hope our wifes let us from the hook !!!!

i'll do my best to be there at a least one pirate race, as a "souvenir" of my parisian slalom life ;)

and for GOG races, it's also tempting!

after around 9 months of break, I'm motivatede to slalom again.

let's find some places to train in Annecy...

another good news is that we will race on a new wide spot in Bois de Boulogne on next Sunday.

Be there or be square ;)

Pictures from the february race in Bois de BOulogne too (but on another spot quite narrow) here:
