Hi Flavio

We try to come. I think 5-10 people is possible if we have time on that weekend. It´s not so far from Germany. Nice to see that Holland is coming more and more. If you have some more infos just drop me a mail. www.concretewave.de

Hi Donald. Thank you very much fo your help. We are in the process of acquiring cones. However your help would be really appreciated with the timing equipment and starting ramps.
Please fell free to email me at badenes@chello.nl so that we can further discuss this.

Well the pic on the home page was taken last summer here in Holland during the Oerende Hard competition, which had a small slalom event in it. That is me by the way. :-) On the picture I am riding my old board inspired on the GS FiberFlex, I ride a AXE II these days though.

Hi Mike,
What a pity you are not staying for our contest.
Do get in touch with me though, I will be glad to show you around. I will also be in Hannover so we can hook up while we are there.

A race in Amsterdam, I've only been waiting for this since... before I knew what slalom was.

Count me in.

Can we start with the most technical course the first day and just open it up from there, something tells me my skating won't be improving over the course of that weekend. lol

Nice poster!!!

I got a question: is there a cheap way to come from AMS Airport to Amsterdam City
(to know if it worse takin a cheap plane more than the easy but quite expensive Thalys train)
Thanks

Hi Vincent;

From Schiphol (AMS Airport) you can take a train to Amsterdam (Central Station) , the journey takes 22 minutes and costs 3,60 Euros one way.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

The weather will be perfect ! And due to the fact that I havn't surfed for 3 years, the left at Uluwatu will definitly catch me! :-(
But as you know Frogs can survive under water ! :-)
But there are lots of nice spots to have some surfing fun !

But.....back to the main topic ! Its about the Amsterdam race , not about my vacation !;-)

I look forward to going to your contest June 9-10. I have a few questions.
Is there food nearby? or should i bring a lunch from Albert Hein.
What is the cost of the race?
Is a T shirt included in the costs?
Do you have early registration?
Best regards to all skaters, organizers and friends,
Joyce

Flavio, I will be available to conehead when not racing. Maybe during the pro races. Just let me know what I can do for the contest when I register. Give me a time for which you will require me to work.
It's all for fun!

I almost forgot:

Due to what could have become a logistic nightmare, we decided not to have the GS in Amsterdam, at least for this first year. Moving everybody to the GS place turned out to be an activity we though would be better off left for the next time. sorry

No not really, we will have a introduction day for the begginers on Saturday until about 14:00 then after that we have to hand out the course to the cyclists, they will have a race there.
We will have a freestyle demo Saturday afternoon with Yoyo and friends and we can also go to the half pipe and to the city afterwards.
On Sunday we will hold tight and special events for the PROs and the AMs
