RULES - clarifications
- Random beep start will be used in all races, including in qualification runs.
False start means DQ.
- Masters will have their own finals. Typically this category will be for AM Masters, ie the same as on the SlalomRanking registration page.
- Skaters are only allowed to participate in
one category, but there is some room for adjustment, according to your skill level:
- Juniors are allowed to race in the Open class
instead of in Junior class.
- Masters (AM) are allowed to race in the Open class
instead of the Masters class
- Masters (Pro) are allowed to "step down" to Masters class (but will then
not qualify for the Open class).
- Trophies will be awarded to the top three racers overall in each of these categories: Open, Masters, Women, Juniors.
- Overall points will be calculated by the ISSA World Ranking.
- Sponsor goodies will be distributed by a lottery draw - equal chance for everyone to enjoy sponsor stuff.
- Registration (if slots are still available) and payment is possible early Saturday morning, before the start of the GS, but fees are +10 EUR.
- For your Master class assignment to be valid, you need to be recorded as Master in the ISSA World Ranking. Make sure you have reported your birth year (year is enough) to
CorkySwe@gmail.com. Master = 45+
