So where do you get the results?

I don't know if it is in the realm of doing it using survey.com... but is there perhaps a way we could rank the courses in terms of some pseudo quantifable way.

Ie
rate courses on a scale of 1-5
for example.
1= couldn't be much better
5= Huge dissappointment
3= Satisfactory

So you could have these categories

1. Speed
2. Surface
3. Pitch
4. Course
5. Technical difficulty of course
6. How enjoyable was the course?
And other things could be addressed as well.
A. Venue
B. Spectator draw
C. Quality of accommodations for the $$$
D. Travel costs
E. Race vibe + after party
f. Media coverage

I know it is already too late to do this this time and the results appear to be pretty conclusive. FYI I voted with the majority.

But what made Catalina TS selected as best and Avilla selected as worst?

I would guess that though Catalina TS did not have as good a surface or hill- the course set let the racers run faster and take more advantage of what the hill had to offer.

So rather than slamming Avilla.... would anyone be willing to talk about why they chose Catalina TS as their favorite? That way we could learn from a positive experience.

I took the survey, but bear in mind that I only attended the World Championships.
I hope that doesn't affect the results too much.

Maybe you should have had a question on how many races one entered.

(PS. Can you correct the domain name for SlalomSkateboarder.com in the survey?)

I'm gathering some data on your preferences for courses that we raced last year. We'll use the data help with the 2003 series course designs.
