Scott, in reply to your question, I'm answerring because I know This Board personally;
That's a 'medium stiff', in the day; probably 'medium' by comparison with newer decks: But, the big advantage (one you can almost see in the photos) is the carbon tape criss-crossed at 45* angles just along the topsheet, which makes for a Tosionally Stiff deck.
It needs only a foam-block kicktail kit to bring it into the modern design realm (check those out at skatekings.com), and for it's day (not so long ago, like 4 years or so), this was a board to to be feared for it's thrust, grip, and quickness. Shwippy even preferred this shape for G.S. a good two years after it was 'superceded' by newer shapes.
If it'll flex 'right' for your weight, it'll be raceable for the next 2-3 years, and is a "Classic" in it's own right. One of my all-time fave high-speed cruise/carver decks.
