I agree....a most excellent board!

Scotty, 'ya just hafta' build it slowly.

Score some big-ass wheels. They don't have to be Flys right away...start with Kryptonics Racecores in 76mm, 80mm or 85mm, or Exskates or Gravity or whatever.

Score some DH trucks. Randal DH bases with either the DH or RII 180mm hangers works, as do Gullwing Cruisers with the 30* bases. Or just use some standard wide Trackers and de-wedge both of them.

Score a deck. Stiff and at least 40" long...flat, cambered, drop-thru or not, it doesn't matter. You can always make a drop-deck from just about anything.

Go from there and upgrade stuff as you can afford it.

This is how I did it, and unfortunately, I can't sell you the stuff that I have for what I bought it for. Oh, and I can agree that that Kebbek would be an easy one-step solution...Yeah, it's pricey, but you eliminate all the other steps and all of the time in between, and you end up with exactly what you want.

ps...I got the FF yesterday. THANKS!!!

Downloaded Chris Chaputs's drawings and had a buddy do them full-size for me in CAD (is that legal). Thought i might take up woodworking. :)

Hey, Scott...send me a copy of that template when you're done, will ya??

-=S=-

OH...and you don't need a copier. Just trace it out on a piece of butcher paper or wrapping paper or whatever.

I'll tell ya, my bud is about useless for anything but he did one hell of a job on this template!!

Now if I can just find a copier this big??
