I think Shaggy is talking about Kryptonic's slalom wheel from 1979. The C-62 and C-68 were make in three duros. Red 78A and yellow 86A(I pretty sure) and orange(88A). The C-62 was 62mm and the C-68 was 68mm. In the mid 1980's they redid the C-62 and the C-68, but they did not make the C-68 for production. I have some of the prototypes of the C-68's(pink and black were 92A and purple 80A) from the mid 80's. My prototype for the new C-62's were the same colors and duros as the C-68 protos. The C-62 did get made for production after a batch of 500(250-white(90A) and 250-pink(85A)). Then when they poured the full run of C-62's and the white wheel was made blue. The first C-62's and C-68's were killer wheels. The C-62's in white and pink were not as good as the orange and yellow wheels, but they were much better then the final blue and pink wheels. There was a problem with the yellow C-62's with very bad flat spots after some use, but when they were new I loved them.
