It will be hard to find someone who will let one of those go, partly due to the (increasing) rarity, partly due to Indy loyalty. If you must have one, I recommend finding an Indy 101 and having a machinist offset it for you. It's not hard to do. Make sure your machinist uses good quality steel.
FWIW, I recommend an Airflow over an Indy offset any day. I've used both. I still use the Airflow.
