This deck doesn't come in different stiffnesses. I'm a 230lb'er myself, and at that weight this board has a lot of flex. Just depends on if you want or like that, I went with a stiffer board for the little longboard riding I do. For me it was too flexy, otherwise, I'd still be riding it.
