Why yes..yes I have. I've reshaped a handfull for my trackers! What I've found to work the best is to put the bushing in on an axle (I use an old spent gullwing split) sandwiched between two washers(I invert them) and with a utility knife, score the depth of the desired circ and depth of the "step" then, with a chisel, remove the mass!! They fit perfectly as stims!! You can custom them to fit TTC's as well
Freezing them first, makes for a better cut if you work fast.... I just gotta remember to not get carried away, and save a bunch for the "real deal Radikals"
ENJOY!! (while you can)

Bushing reshaping

Post by Mike Cividino » Fri Mar 12, 2004 3:49 pm

Is anybody reshaping their radikal bushnigs? I added a raised lip in the top of my bottom bushing for a tracker and then cut a small section off so I could fit one on top as well. I was thinking that the Black bushings would be great downhill bushings. A little reshaping and my randalls will love them.

Also, I have seen people running softer bushings on the bottom in trucks like trackers and indys. Why are people doing the opposite for the radikals. I can agree with how it feels, I'm just curious. And by the way...I love my new front truck....sweet.
