Friday:
registration for the ams/girls opens at 8 am sharp,race starts at 9am sharp
type of course: tight 40 cones 6-7 foot spacing straight on a slightly descending road.
race modus is head to head.
please be aware that the straight line will not be exactly straight as you know it, we will bend it a bit here and there to make it more challenging.
registration for pros starts at 12.00pm, race starts at 1.00pm
the course will be similar to the am course but with a tighter setting, expect a 5-6 foot spacing there. same modus but 50 cones.
friday evening 8pm we will have a park race only for the slalom contestants of the day.
registration for that is free and prizes will be sponsored by our sponsors for this fun race.
no points to be earned, no honour to be lost, just fun - a bit of adrenaline and whatever you get out of it.
the race requires basic skills such as kickturns and carving abilities.
during and after the park race we will have some djing by a local whatever dj who is supposed to play good music. heiko and vince will also celebrate their birthday that night.
so please bring gifts for the two young men.
Saturday:
special starts at 9 am sharp the street is freshly paved and has a slight descent, so you will get fast on that street. cone spacing between 6-8 feet, depending on the couse and the flow it creates. expect around 40-50 cones.
pros start at 1 pm
same course as the ams, again,but some offsets will be spaced a bit wider, more technical on that course.
expect the course to be very fast for the pros.
saturday eve at 7 pm death race at the cradle, whoever wants to participate should be more experienced than the average rider. entry fee is 30 euros, registration is at the park.
Sunday:
giant-please bring long boards!!!
ams start at 8 am, pros start at 12 pm
the course will be longer than the average European course, please be aware of that. depending on your abilities you might clock very fast times on that hill.
basically its an easy hill. i don't want to scare anybody off, but depending on the cone setting and the pump you create it can be really fast.
on all slalom races i have one requirement for each and everybody, same goes for the cradle skatepark: helmets are mandatory. no helmet, no race.
i will show pics and vids of the tracks, exact location and so on the next few days.
