"Grabit" Stripped Screw/Bolt Extractor

I tried one (other brand) and broke it, trying to remove the water pump on my Volvo.
I chose another one and the bolt snapped.

I bet they would work well on skateboard hardware.

Has anyone bought and used this thing? Does it work as advertised?

It looks like a good idea but I'm always wary of anything advertised on TV like it was something Billy A-May-Zing would sell.

Is this tool for real?
