Bob,
You want "COM6" bearings, with a 3/8" inside diameter.
When I get them locally (In Salt Lake) I purchase them at McGuire Bearing. They don't always have them in stock though.

Click on "Ball Joint Swivel Bearings" and then 3/8" inside diameter. Personally I like the ones with the Teflon (PTFE) liner, they're a bit more expensive, but they are not as noisy...
