The 2005 season looks better than ever. 40 events have been
registered so far in the calendar and there is plenty of variety
both in terms of locations and disciplines. Most likely we'll see
even more racers participating this year as racers fight not only
for the top places in an individual race, but also
for a good place in the Slalom World Ranking.
The World Ranking has done a lot to inspire racers and organizers
and as it is entering into its third year the rules have been tweaked
to bring Prime event points closer to those of the Main events.
See www.SlalomRanking.com for rules and current standings.
If you're still relaxing, watching TV, eating chips, drinking beer and
just being plain lazy because it's in the middle of the winter,
you'd better wake up. Soon the spring season is back and then
you'll regret not having prepared better.
See you a race soon!
