We currently have one open seat on the ISSA Board and are accepting nominations/applications through Thursday, February 5. This volunteer role is hands-on and project-driven and our Board is focused on growing and strengthening slalom skateboarding worldwide.
Ideal candidates are:
• Passionate about slalom
• Comfortable with digital systems & media
• Strong team player/work ethic
• Available for ongoing project work and monthly meetings (weekdays at 19:00 CET)
• ⭐ Bonus: WordPress website skills are a strong PLUS!

January has been a busy month behind the scenes at ISSA, and I wanted to share a quick update with our global slalom community.

🌍 ISSA World Ranking 2025
We’re on the verge of releasing the preliminary 2025 ISSA World Rankings to the membership! Huge thanks to Scott Kamins, who stepped in late last year and delivered a comprehensive new ranking system, and to our event organizers who worked closely with him to ensure accurate results. This was a true team effort, and the Board is thrilled with the progress. 📊 Stay tuned — rankings drop this week!
