jani: ok soon you'll have the results, i thought Alberto already did.
Jonathan: yes, one foot, in the next few days I will complete the editing of the amazing performance video.

One foot straight slalom? Alas, it apparently means you rode on one foot. Bummer. After all of Ramon's recent talk about making TS tighter, I almost thought it meant the cones were one foot apart. ;-)

Great Result for Ramon!

I really wanted to come to Italy, its a favourite place of mine, next time I hope.

Congratulations to Ramon, ever since I saw him race years ago he has been a great competitor and has worked at getting so fast. I bet the racing with Luca was very close.

I hope the talk of getting skateboarding into the 2012 London Olympics will encourge him and others more. Only 5 years to go!

Almost forgotten:

We also had a One-Foot Straight Slalom competion. They took the time but we haven't seen it with the cone counts yet. (Well, the only participants were me and Luca...so it is not that interesting ;-))

are there any Italian contests in 2007 after June ? My girlfriend is Italian an she would like to see me race in Italy ! :-)

I told her about Luca, and that he is the slalom world champion.

She was really happy when she heard that Italy is not only World Champion in Soccer! :-)

Dear friends
despite from the fact that we are organizing some events in Italy, please consider that it is the first attempt since long time (without considering the promo event of Cantalupa 2006). We are pleased to welcome you in order to boost the activities for newcomers through the presence of everybody interested in our work which, hopefully, will trigger higher statuses for the next years. We are eager to have higher status races, but we prefer to procede step by step.
So, please if you do not expect "the perfect event" and if you would like to enjoy italian events you are really welcome.

Too bad you don't make use of some World Ranking statuses. Italy are worth at least one Prime status. But then you need to send in the ISSA sanction document..

... more than 2 months ahead of the competition date.
