S camber decks

I like Seismics (composites) and I have seen them as low as $30 a pair. G*Trucks are cheap and are supposedly good, also.

For those who have experence on S Camber decks, please explain if there are any differences or adjustments in riding style that need to be made when switching to an S Camber.
Also, looking for opinions on what the best truck (lower priced)and wheel set-ups? Size? Width? Duro? for tight slalom.
