I agree, But usually people are more mature and keep a good, but competitive attitude.

Btw, you should at least try and take up skating, great way of relieving stress. :]

Well, I am not a skateboarder, but I do agree that their should be a rule that will give sanction or punishment for all the member for having bad behavior. The sport itself is a dangerous game, and if member is behaving not good it might lead to accident.
