Forum highlights: mid-December 2002
[Dec 17, 2002] By Vlad Popov
The recently added Washington, DC forum is now the number one regional forum on SlalomSkateboarder.com based on the number of posts. These guys have skate and snowboard related events every week! It must be easy to find friends with common interests in the overpopulated and culturally diverse area such as Big Washington.

The 100-cone thread is still going strong, getting the most total hits on the site. But things have slowed down there due to the inclement weather on the East Coast and "seasonal" lack of competition around the US.

The thread The Dark Side of the Cone , started by Terrence Kirby, is picking up strength, proving ones again that dirt and filth of human psyche spark the most interest and attract the most attention.

Generally, Random Slalom Topics get more hits then any other thread on the forum. More and more people join the forum, and even more people lurk. The 1000th post was celebrated not long ago and the 2000th post is not too far away! Things are looking good for "slalomskateboarders" around the world!  Happy Holidays!
